Sales Management has become essential to companies. This is because it is not only a main source of income, but also because the challenges of a constantly evolving global economy have made sales a strategic area.
For that reason, in order to be a successful salesperson, it is no longer enough just to have good contacts. The new scenario obliges us to learn how to think strategicaly, know the market and our clients’ business, and be efficient in using time and resources, as well as engage and negotiate at the executive level, to name a few things.
